DIAMONDS AND JEWELS is my latest painting and was featured at Vista Lights . It is 54×54 and for sale at ELLEN TAYLOR INTERIORS on Gervais Street in the Vista.  Limited Edition S/N giclees  on gallery wrapped canvas (ready to hang ) are also available ,  38×38 for $1700.  If you are in the Columbia area it can be delivered to your home or place of business before Christmas! Order before December 12th!!!!! Other giclees are available as well! Art makes a wonderful Christmas gift!

I hope 2010 is a very healthy and prosperous New Year for each and everyone of you!! I look forward to being in the studio even more this year. I had the pleasure of caring for our first grandaughter until the end of last year so my studio time was interrupted constantly!! ha! She is such a gift. We are expecting a second grandchild (baby boy) in April , so life is busy and wonderful and I love the new role of grandparent although I cannot believe it is possible to be in this stage of my life!

Time spent in the studio is especially precious to me after being away for awhile . I am working on several new pieces and have a show planned in Raleigh for March . More details on that when everything is confirmed.

Pinckney Simmons has work from our November show so please keep that in mind when you visit Beaufort.

Many of you have ask about the recent show at I. Just a bit of news…two of my paintings have been selected for the 2009 SOUTHERN LIVING HOME ,which opens in Habersham, SC (approximately 6 miles from Beaufort) Memorial weekend through October. The paintings are “Spirit of the Marsh” and “Natural Sanctuary”. They are for sale and can be purchased from Pinckney Simmons gallery in Beaufort. Out of 14 galleries, they were one of three selected to be represented in the home.

Just an update to let you know some of the new work you will see is inspired by all the beautiful gardens that I see this time of year.

I will have some new work at Vista Lights. You will find me at Wink Studio on Lady Street, Thursday evening. My sister has written a beautiful book and she will be there as well to sell and sign her books!

Hi Everyone,

Hope you enjoyed the holidays and are looking forward to a New Year! I am back in the studio working as of last week. I always look forward to this time…new beginnings and lots of time to paint!!

Thank-you for all your comments and purchases as well. I really appreciate it! I love to paint so being able to continue is always reason to be grateful for all I have and can continue to do!

There are small brown arrows to the right of the page numbers under the images. If you click on the arrow it will take you to the next page of images. There are several pages for Available and Previous Works. Apparently, these have been overlooked by a few of the visitors to my new site…so just in case this has happened for anyone else, I wanted to direct attention to them.
